How Relay came together
  1. Problem

    Online sellers run their business in WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chats. Replies are slow, leads slip away, and nothing is tracked.

  2. Idea

    AI agents that answer only from the seller’s own products, prices and FAQs, and handle the busywork around every chat.

  3. Design

    One inbox for every channel, with leads, follow-ups, invoices and analytics built around the conversation.

  4. Build

    Next.js and Supabase, AI APIs for replies, and automations for lead rescue, follow-ups and invoices.

  5. Learn

    Trust comes first. Sellers switch the AI on when it never guesses a price or promises stock they don’t have.

How it works
  1. Problem

    The same beauty product can cost very different amounts across Sri Lankan online stores, and comparing them by hand takes time.

  2. Idea

    One place that shows every store’s price for the same product and points out the cheapest.

  3. Build

    Next.js and Supabase, with prices gathered from the stores it tracks and refreshed regularly.

  4. Learn

    Prices change fast. Freshness and honesty about where a price comes from matter as much as the price itself.
